WHO WILL BE DOING MY TREATMENT?

All of our service providers are licensed medical providers. Our clinic is directed by a Medical Doctor and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments or there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
